Oírr.

Stay in an island home, eat local food and connect with a slower pace of life.

Hear/Speak Gaeilge to your host Áine throughout the retreat - workshop will be delivered primarily thorough English.

Pack for all weathers for the walks to and from locations.

SCHEDULE:

* FRIDAY ~ Arrive and enjoy a light delicious dinner together at 7pm.

Opening Circle. Introductions. Gentle movement and breathing before bed.

* SATURDAY ~ Morning Yoga with Áine 9.00-10.00am.

Workshop 10.30-1pm "Breathe More, Feel Alive" with Claire & Michael.

Afternoon free to explore the island. Discover the tasty café menus.

Evening Breathing Circle 8.00-9.30pm with Claire & Michael "Discover the Power of Your Breath"

* SUNDAY ~ Morning Yoga, Sea Swim with Áine & lunch.

Closing Circle. Hung Sha Breath to send us away across the sea.
