At Éalú Aran, the safety, wellbeing and dignity of every child is at the heart of our children’s yoga classes, workshops and outdoor wellness events.
We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can move, breathe, explore and express themselves with confidence.
Our Commitment
In line with Irish safeguarding principles and best practice, we will:
- Treat all children with respect, care and compassion
- Provide safe, age-appropriate yoga and wellbeing activities
- Maintain clear professional boundaries at all times
- Ensure children are appropriately supervised during sessions and events
- Take any concern about a child’s safety or welfare seriously
- Respond promptly and appropriately to safeguarding concerns
Safety in Practice
- Risk assessments are conducted in advance of all classes and events, including outdoor locations
- Activities are delivered in open and observable environments
- Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children unless otherwise clearly agreed
- Inappropriate behaviour of any kind is not tolerated
- No identifiable photographs of children will be taken or shared without parental/guardian consent
